I was kind of amazed that they have such a well thought out and successful system in place for recycling. It is very interesting that on sundays you aren't allowed to recycled. I guess it makes more sense when put into the context that most places are closed on sunday in Germany. All in all their system they have developed to be so eco-friendly is something America should try to figure out how to accomplish.
